Statutory Auditor resigns mid-term; new auditor appointed to fill casual vacancy

SecUR Credentials board on Oct 9, 2026 noted the resignation of statutory auditor M/s JPMD and Associates, effective immediately, citing pre-occupancy of work. To fill the casual vacancy, the board, based on the Audit Committee recommendation, appointed M/s Nahar V and Company as the new statutory auditor from Oct 9, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, until the conclusion of the upcoming AGM in 2026.
