On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and in line with its Auto Components & Equipments peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Sterling Tools has partnered with China's MINIEYE (Hong Kong-listed) to deploy ADAS and Driver Monitoring Systems in India. Sterling will handle perception tuning and on-ground adaptation for Indian road conditions, covering commercial and passenger vehicles. This aligns with India's mandatory ADAS and DDAWS rules from January 1, 2027. Systems include AEB, FCW, LDWS, and DDAWS.
Positive: partnership with global ADAS player positions Sterling for 2027 mandatory safety rules, opening a new revenue stream.
