On the reaction day the stock moved 4.2 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the September 2026 quarter, CareEdge found no deviation in the Rs 108 crore warrant issue. Of Rs 27 crore received in June, Rs 2 crore repaid loans during the quarter, leaving Rs 25 crore unutilised. The general corporate allocation of Rs 27 crore remained unused. CareEdge could not independently confirm that only issue proceeds were used because accounts were mixed, and relied on certificates. FY26 loss rose to Rs 99 crore from Rs 32 crore.
Reassuring overall, but unverified fund use, higher FY26 losses and possible dilution from 4.5 crore warrants remain concerns.
