For the quarter ended 30 September 2025, standalone revenue rose 28% year on year to ₹1,276 crore, but a ₹2,638 crore write-off and impairment caused a ₹2,584 crore net loss. For the first half, revenue rose 40% to ₹2,639 crore, net loss was ₹2,505 crore and operating cash outflow was ₹358 crore. Borrowings of ₹1,195 crore were more than twice equity of ₹470 crore. Auditors highlighted two matters without changing their conclusion.
Shareholders face a large earnings and equity hit; cash burn and higher leverage could keep the stock volatile.
