SWREL allots 9,671 shares under ESOP Plan I at Rs. 238 each

Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy has allotted 9,671 equity shares of Re. 1 each to employees who exercised their vested stock options under the SWREL ESOP Plan I. Exercise price was Rs. 238 per share. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved this via circulation on July 01, 2026. Paid-up share capital rose from Rs. 23,35,31,720 to Rs. 23,35,41,391 (23,35,41,391 shares). The new shares rank equally with existing shares and carry no lock-in. This is a routine ESOP allotment and a very small expansion of the share base.
