CFO change at Studds Accessories: Bharat Goyal appointed, Manish Mehta moves to VP Taxation

Studds Accessories announces a CFO change effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Manish Mehta steps down from CFO and Key Managerial Personnel role and moves to Vice President Taxation and Compliance in Senior Management. Mr. Bharat Goyal, a Chartered Accountant with around 17 years of experience across Tata 1mg, Daikin Airconditioning India, and Honda Cars India, is appointed as the new CFO and KMP. The Board says the change is part of strategic organisational restructuring and succession planning as the company scales its STUDDS and SMK brands.
