STUDDS Accessories had earlier said Manufacturing Facility-V at IMT Faridabad would start commercial production before end of Q2 FY 2027, after a delay caused by GRAP standards in Delhi-NCR. The start has been pushed further due to operational and procedural matters taking longer than expected. On the positive side, the company received the Occupation Certificate for the facility on September 30, 2026. Commercial production is now expected by end of October 2026 or earlier, subject to requisite approvals.
Further delay in capacity addition is mildly negative for near-term growth plans, but the Occupation Certificate marks progress towards commissioning.
