Consolidated quarter ended 30 September 2026: revenue rose 15% to Rs 2,742.6 crore from Rs 2,387.4 crore a year ago, while profit after tax rose 58% to Rs 30.5 crore from Rs 19.3 crore. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation were Rs 267.1 crore; margin expanded 4.2 percentage points to 9.7%. Rs 82.9 crore exceptional expenses covered restructuring and disposal. Consolidated half-year operating cash flow: Rs 286.4 crore.
Stronger revenue, profit, margin and cash flow may support the share price, but the Rs 82.9 crore exceptional charge may limit near-term gains.
