Sundaram Clayton Limited has appointed Mr Hariharan Venkataraman (Mr Hariharan V) as the new Chief Financial Officer (KMP) effective 1st September 2025. The appointment was made by the Board on 6th August 2025 based on recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. Mr Hariharan is a long-serving internal employee since 1997, currently Vice President (Finance & Planning), with over 32 years of experience spanning finance, planning, marketing, HR, and risk management. He is a Chartered Accountant (1993) and holds a PG in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick.
