On the reaction day the stock moved 1.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 2.1 pts more than its Industrial Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Sunita Tools has agreed to buy 50% of an undisclosed Bulgarian defence company, which would make it a 50:50 joint venture partner. Payment will be in cash, with the price to be set after financial, legal and commercial checks and an independent valuation. Completion is expected within about 90 days, subject to foreign investment and regulatory approvals. The deal aims to expand Sunita Tools' European defence presence and access to defence registrations.
Could support growth and European defence exposure, but the unknown price and pending approvals leave valuation and completion risks.
