Sunteck Realty's board has approved a Scheme of Arrangement to demerge Satguru Corporate Services' (a wholly owned subsidiary) 'Sunteck City 4th Avenue' residential project into Sunteck. The demerged business had turnover of about Rs 869 Cr in FY26, around 77% of Sunteck's consolidated turnover. Since Satguru is wholly owned, no new shares will be issued and there is no change in shareholding. The scheme is subject to NCLT and other regulatory approvals. It is an internal reorganisation aimed at consolidation, operational efficiency, and better project-wise capital allocation.
Internal reorganisation with no change in shares or ownership; NCLT approval pending. Consolidates a major revenue project into the listed entity.
