Supra Pacific Financial Services, a BSE-listed NBFC, reported strong growth for FY26 ended March 2026. Total income nearly doubled to ₹9,208.12 lakhs from ₹4,872.56 lakhs in FY25. Profit after tax surged to ₹788.03 lakhs from ₹114.31 lakhs, representing over 5x growth. EPS improved to ₹2.48 per share from ₹0.45. However, the company reported a significant negative operating cash flow of ₹11,196.96 lakhs despite profitability, largely due to a ₹9,337.46 lakh increase in loans given out during the year. Total borrowings increased substantially to ₹24,138.37 lakhs, and the share capital increased from ₹2,996.00 lakhs to ₹4,914.03 lakhs due to equity issuance.
Strong bottom-line growth signals operational efficiency, but the negative operating cash flow despite profitability is a concern. The sharp increase in loan disbursements explains the cash outflow and indicates aggressive growth in the lending book. Shareholders should monitor asset quality given rapid loan growth.
