Total revenue for Q1 FY27 rose to Rs.26.11 Cr from Rs.18.50 Cr in Q1 FY26, up 41% YoY. PAT more than doubled to Rs.2.57 Cr from Rs.1.22 Cr, up 117% YoY. EPS at Rs.0.76 vs Rs.0.39. AUM grew to Rs.365.58 Cr. GNPA at 1.24%, CRAR healthy at 38.02%. Board approved raising borrowing limit from Rs.1000 Cr to Rs.1500 Cr and plans to issue up to Rs.500 Cr each in subordinated debt and NCDs.
Strong YoY growth in revenue and profit with healthy asset quality. Higher borrowing limit and debt plans may add leverage but support growth.
