FY26 results. Revenue at Rs 65 crore (flat YoY). Reported profit Rs 5,797 crore is entirely a one-time exceptional gain of Rs 6,466 crore from the NCLT-approved debt scheme. Underlying pre-exceptional loss Rs 669 crore. Auditor gave qualified opinion flagging Rs 756 crore old trade receivables, two CIRP-stage subsidiaries and interest reversals done without final No Dues certificates. Note 3 flags material going concern uncertainty if three lenders do not give final clearance in time. Contingent liabilities of Rs 1,513 crore in corporate guarantees for SPV loans. Operating cash flow still negative.
Profit is artificial, driven by one-time debt-scheme gain. Underlying business still loss-making. Going concern doubt and qualified audit opinion are red flags.
