Suraj Industries Ltd has completed acquiring 41,05,120 equity shares of Carya Chemicals & Fertilizers Private Limited (CARYA) from Sarth Agbev and Energy Private Limited for a total consideration of Rs. 5,17,24,512, at Rs. 12.60 per share. This is a continuation of earlier intimations dated July 28, August 26, and September 16, 2025. After this acquisition, Suraj Industries' stake in CARYA has risen to 95.44% of CARYA's paid-up equity share capital, making it effectively a subsidiary.
For shareholders, this means Suraj Industries now owns nearly all of Carya Chemicals, giving it full control over the company's operations and earnings. The deal is already completed, so there is minimal near-term stock price uncertainty from this specific announcement.
