Suryoday Small Finance Bank reported strong Q4 FY26 results with PAT of Rs 50 Cr, a turnaround from Rs -34 Cr loss in Q4 FY25. For full year FY26, the bank achieved PAT growth of 32.2% to Rs 152 Cr (FY25: Rs 115 Cr). Gross advances grew 29.4% YoY to Rs 13,261 Cr, driven by 98% growth in Vikas Loans and strong traction in secured segments. Deposits increased 32.3% to Rs 13,994 Cr with retail deposits comprising 86% of total deposits. Asset quality improved with GNPA declining from 7.2% to 6.5% and NNPA from 4.6% to 4.2%. The bank maintained healthy capital position with CRAR at 20.5%. Q4 operating metrics were particularly strong with pre-provision operating profit up 129.4% YoY to Rs 107 Cr.
The bank demonstrated significant operational improvement with strong loan growth, deposit mobilization, and profitability turnaround in Q4. Improved asset quality and capital adequacy provide comfort for shareholders. However, full-year NII declined 0.7% YoY indicating margin pressure despite healthy loan growth.
