Mr. Vivek Srivastava, CEO of the WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) Division and Senior Managerial Personnel at Suzlon Energy, has resigned effective close of business on 26th December 2025. He is leaving to pursue opportunities outside the Suzlon Group. The resignation has been formally submitted to the Group CEO. He was not related to any Director of the company.
Exit of a divisional CEO may create short-term leadership uncertainty in the wind turbine business. Overall group leadership remains unchanged.
