SVA India has informed BSE that Mr Ramesh Chandra Patwari, the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, has resigned effective close of business on 31 July 2026. He cited pursuing better career opportunities as the reason and confirmed no other material reasons. The Board has accepted the resignation. Mr Patwari was a Key Managerial Personnel under Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and also handled materiality disclosures under SEBI LODR rules.
Company must appoint a new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Routine KMP exit, but creates a short-term compliance gap until a replacement is named.
