AGM results: 4 resolutions passed, 3 special resolutions fail

Svarnim Trade Udyog AGM on 7 Sept 2026 via video conferencing lasted only 5 minutes. Of 1,602 shareholders, just 20 public shareholders attended. Only 27 shares (0.0011 percent of 24.31 lakh total) were polled. 4 ordinary resolutions passed: audited financials for FY ended 31 March 2026, re-appointment of Ms. Surbhi Aggarwal as director, and appointment of B B Gusani and Associates as statutory auditor. 3 special resolutions failed as votes in favour were only 59.26 percent, below the 75 percent required. These were appointment of Mr. Gulshan Kumar Aggarwal as Chairman, Ms. Nidhi Bansal as Independent Director, and change of registered office.
