Swaraj Engines reported record Q2 FY26 revenue of Rs 504.04 crore and profit after tax of Rs 49.68 crore, up 9.4%, on 51,164 engines sold. H1 revenue was Rs 988.14 crore and profit after tax Rs 99.65 crore, up 12.5%, with 100,204 engines sold. Rajesh Jejurikar resigned as director and chairman effective October 16; Rajya Vardhan Kanoria becomes chairman and Gaganjot Singh joins as an additional director from October 17.
Record sales and profit support earnings sentiment, while the chairman change may bring short-term governance uncertainty.
