Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Q2 FY26 operating revenue rose 8.6% to Rs 504.04 crore, while PAT increased 9.4% to Rs 49.68 crore. H1 revenue was Rs 988.14 crore and PAT Rs 99.65 crore; engine sales rose 12.8% to 100,204. Rajesh Jejurikar resigned as chairman and director effective 16 October. Rajya Vardhan Kanoria becomes chairman and Gaganjot Singh joins as an additional non-executive, non-independent director from 17 October.
Record sales and profit growth support the stock, but the chairman's immediate resignation may create short-term governance uncertainty.
