Swarnsarita Jewels India filed copies of newspaper advertisements of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q3 FY26 and nine months ended 31 December 2025, published in Business Standard (English) and Dainik Nalanda Express (Marathi) on 16 February 2026. The board had approved the results at a meeting held on 14 February 2026 at the company's Zaveri Bazaar office in Mumbai. Standalone total income from operations for Q3 FY26 came in at about Rs 9,630.67 lakhs versus Rs 5,720.87 lakhs in Q3 FY25, an approximate 68% year-on-year jump. For the nine-month period, standalone total income stood at Rs 19,844.06 lakhs compared with Rs 21,749.95 lakhs in the same period last year, a softer roughly 9% decline. Standalone net profit after tax for the quarter was Rs 105.89 lakhs (Q3 FY25: Rs 32.50 lakhs), and for the nine months was Rs 1,241.31 lakhs. Consolidated nine-month net profit after tax was higher at Rs 1,455.03 lakhs. Standalone EPS for the quarter was Rs 0.51 (Q3 FY25: Rs 1.54) and for nine months was Rs 5.96.
The sharp rebound in Q3 standalone revenue and profit suggests recovery from a weak first half, but the lower nine-month revenue and a dip in Q3 EPS versus the year-ago quarter may worry investors looking at year-on-year profitability. Shareholders should watch whether the Q3 momentum sustains into Q4 and whether the consolidated performance (which carries a fatter nine-month net profit than standalone) reflects a meaningful contribution from subsidiaries.
