On the reaction day the stock moved 4.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 5.1 pts more than its Heavy Electrical Equipment peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

SWELECT Energy Systems has approved buying all 10,000 shares of Sushma Solar Energy Private Limited for up to Rs 2.2724 crore in cash. The Rajasthan target was incorporated in May 2025, has not started commercial operations, and reported nil turnover and profit, with net worth of Rs 0.01 crore. After completion, it will be wholly owned and plans a 50 MW solar plant.
May support renewable energy growth in western India, but the target is not yet operating, so benefits depend on building and starting the plant.
