Switching Technologies Gunther has submitted extra details on resignations of four directors. Mr C Chandrachudan stepped down as Managing Director but stays on as Director, while Mr K Mani quit as Executive Director, both on June 20. Independent Directors Mrs Saimathy Soupramanien and Mr Sharanabasaweshwar Hiremath also resigned on June 20 and June 22 respectively, all citing personal reasons. The company admitted two resignation letters were missed in earlier filings and is resubmitting them to fix the lapse.
