Syngene International has extended its long-term research collaboration with Bristol Myers Squibb through 2035. The partnership began in 1998 and spans over 25 years. The expanded agreement broadens integrated services across the drug development lifecycle, from discovery and translational sciences to pharma development, manufacturing, clinical trials, and data services. The BBRC center, with around 700 Syngene scientists, supports BMS across cardiovascular, fibrosis, immunology, and oncology.
Positive: 10-year extension of a 25-plus year partnership with a key global pharma client, providing revenue visibility and reinforcing Syngene's CRDMO position.
