Syschem India Limited's postal ballot (results announced July 14, 2026) saw shareholders reject two special resolutions seeking to re-designate Mr. Ranjan Jain as Whole-Time Director and Mr. Suninder Veer Singh as Managing Director, along with fixing their remuneration. Both got 69.33 percent in favour and 30.67 percent against, falling short of the 75 percent threshold needed for special resolutions. 82 members voted on around 4.28 million shares, with 76 backing the proposals. Existing director appointments from April 2022 stay valid until March 8, 2027.
Current director roles and pay unchanged until March 2027. Management must rework the re-designation and remuneration plan to win shareholder support.
