Newspaper publication for special share transfer and demat window

Systematix Securities Ltd has submitted newspaper clippings published on 30 Sep 2026 in Financial Express and Business Remedies, as per a SEBI circular about a special window for transferring and dematerialising physical shares bought or sold before 1 April 2019. The window runs from 5 Feb 2026 to 4 Feb 2027. The notice also lists 5 share transfer applications from various sellers to buyer Rajesh Kumar Gupta, covering about 1,800 shares. Objections can be filed within 15 days.
