Tacent Projects: Mr. Mohit Sharma resigns as CFO, Sahil Mahawar appointed

Mr. Mohit Sharma resigned as Whole Time Director and CFO of Tacent Projects Ltd on Sept 22, 2026, citing personal reasons. He will continue as a Non-Executive Director. Mr. Sahil Mahawar, a B.Com graduate and qualified Company Secretary with experience in finance, secretarial law, and corporate governance, has been appointed as the new CFO effective the same date. He holds no shares in the company.
