On the reaction day the stock moved 0.3 pts more than Nifty 100 and 0.1 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
India Ratings withdrew ratings assigned to Tata Capital's INR 80 billion commercial paper, INR 10 billion bank loan facilities and unutilised INR 2.5 billion non-convertible debentures. Ind-Ra said it was no longer required to maintain the ratings after receiving the issuer's withdrawal request.
This is a rating withdrawal, not a downgrade, and does not by itself indicate weaker credit quality or affect shareholders directly.
