Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
On 8 September 2026, Tata Capital allotted 300,000 secured, redeemable non-convertible debentures through private placement. The issue size is Rs 3,000 crore, with an 8.05% annual coupon, 1,095-day tenor and maturity on 7 September 2029. The debt securities are secured by receivables, book debts and investments. CRISIL and ICRA assigned AAA ratings with Stable outlook, and listing on NSE is proposed.
The company has raised debt at 8.05% with no equity dilution. Strong ratings may support confidence, while the borrowing adds repayment obligations.
