Tata Capital delivered strong Q4FY26 results with consolidated PAT (excluding Motor Finance) of ₹1,459 crore, up 51% YoY, and full-year PAT of ₹4,879 crore, up 38% YoY. AUM excluding Motor Finance grew 28% to ₹2,51,885 crore, while including Motor Finance (acquired May 8, 2025), AUM reached ₹2,77,275 crore, up 20% YoY.
