TCS to acquire Porsche's IT arm MHP for 320 million euros

TCS's Dutch subsidiary will buy 100% of MHP, a Porsche AG subsidiary, for an enterprise value of 320 million euros in cash. MHP is an automotive and industrial consulting firm with CY25 revenue of 742 million euros and around 4,500 employees. Alongside the deal, TCS and Porsche signed a five-year strategic partnership worth 1.25 billion euros to drive AI-led mobility solutions. TCS will set up a dedicated AI Mobility Centre of Excellence for Porsche. Deal expected to close in 3-4 months, subject to EU regulatory approvals.
Strengthens TCS's European automotive and AI footprint with a marquee client. Revenue-accretive medium term; integration may pressure near-term margins.
