On the reaction day the stock moved 6.6 pts more than Nifty 100 and 5.2 pts more than its Tea & Coffee peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The filing encloses newspaper copies of Tata Consumer's unaudited September 2026 results. Consolidated Q2 revenue rose 14% to Rs 5,661 crore and profit after tax rose 16% to Rs 470 crore; earnings per share was Rs 4.75. Six-month revenue rose 13% to Rs 11,010 crore and profit rose 22% to Rs 897 crore. On a standalone basis, Q2 profit fell 15% to Rs 243 crore. Consolidated debt was Rs 2,504 crore, about 11% of equity.
Strong sales, profit growth and lower debt support the stock, but the weaker standalone result means the near-term outlook is mixed.
