Tata Motors approved audited standalone and unaudited consolidated results for Q2 and H1 FY27. Standalone revenue rose 42% to ₹23,930 crore; profit after tax was ₹2,138 crore versus a ₹1,021 crore loss last year. EBITDA margin fell 90 bps to 11.7%. Consolidated revenue grew 36% to ₹25,338 crore, with profit after tax of ₹1,300 crore, up 244%. Free cash flow was ₹4,606 crore and net cash stood at ₹11,300 crore.
Strong growth and net cash support the stock, but lower margins from commodity costs and the large Iveco deal remain risks.
