TBO Tek Limited reported strong FY25 results with consolidated revenue from operations rising about 25% to INR 17,374.73 Mn (vs INR 13,928.19 Mn in FY24). Net profit for the year grew to INR 2,298.91 Mn (vs INR 2,005.73 Mn), with EPS at INR 21.73 vs INR 19.85. Q4 FY25 revenue jumped nearly 21% YoY to INR 4,461.29 Mn, and Q4 profit rose to INR 589.08 Mn. The Hotels and Packages segment continues to be the biggest contributor. The auditor (S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP) issued an unmodified opinion but flagged an Emphasis of Matter on a FEMA show-cause notice involving alleged contraventions of around INR 712.25 Mn, with an estimated compounding penalty of about INR 16.16 Mn if settled. The company also appointed Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as Internal Auditor for FY26 and recommended NKJ & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a 5-year term.
Positive overall — solid revenue and profit growth reflects healthy post-IPO momentum, though the FEMA regulatory matter remains a lingering overhang with uncertain financial outcome. Shareholders should note the corporate guarantee being extended to subsidiary Jumbo and the large unutilized IPO proceeds of about INR 3,004.62 Mn still pending deployment.
