Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
TeamLease Services shareholders approved all four resolutions via postal ballot (remote e-voting from May 30 to June 28, 2026). Three independent directors were re-appointed: Mekin Maheshwari (93.67% in favor), Meenakshi Nevatia (98.71%), and Subramaniam Somasundaram (99.62%). The buyback of up to 14,87,500 equity shares at Rs 1,600 per share (face value Rs 10), worth about Rs 238 crore via tender offer route, was approved with near 100% votes in favor.
Buyback at Rs 1,600 per share returns cash to shareholders and signals management confidence; director continuity preserves board stability.
