Technojet Consultants Ltd has announced a change in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). Ms. Mahak Saraf has resigned from the combined roles of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective the close of business on 30th January 2026, to take up career opportunities outside the company. Her resignation letter was originally dated 17th October 2025, with a standard three-month notice period. Replacing her is Ms. Bhumika Ojha, an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with experience in company law and listing regulations, who will take over all three roles from 2nd February 2026.
