The board approved unaudited standalone results for the quarter ended 30 September 2026. Revenue fell to Rs 9,544.59 lakh from Rs 13,437 lakh, while profit after tax declined to Rs 147.70 lakh from about Rs 250 lakh. EBITDA margin compressed to about 3.8 percent from 4.6 percent. For the half year, operating cash outflow was Rs 3,638 lakh and cash fell to Rs 401 lakh from Rs 2,237 lakh.
Lower sales and profit, weaker margins and a large operating cash outflow indicate pressure. Higher inventory and short-term borrowing add liquidity risk.
