Mr. Sharad Kumar Khaitan has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Tega Industries Limited, effective from the close of business hours on May 05, 2026. The reason stated is to pursue other opportunities outside the Tega Group. The Board accepted his resignation at its meeting held on April 24, 2026. Simultaneously, Mr. Shyama Prasad Ganguly, currently General Manager - Finance & Accounts and a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 24 years of experience, has been appointed as Interim CFO effective May 06, 2026, until a new CFO is appointed. Mr. Ganguly has been with Tega since 2009 and previously worked at Berger Paints and SPS Steel and Power.
The CFO change is due to a voluntary resignation for career progression outside the Group. The appointment of an internal candidate as Interim CFO provides continuity, though investors may monitor for any disruption during the transition and eventual permanent appointment.
