Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited has received an order worth Rs. 57.15 crores from Vedanta Aluminium Metal Limited. The order is for the supply and commissioning of 2 BTAP (Bogie Token Axle Prototypes) Rakes, each comprising 53 wagons and 1 BVCM (Bogie Venting Cargo Wagon), along with 2 additional BVCMs. The first rake is to be delivered within 6 months and the second within 8 months from the effective date of 8th May 2026. This is a domestic order and has been disclosed under SEBI's Regulation 30 for listing obligations. The order is not a related party transaction and no promoter group has any interest in Vedanta.
