On the reaction day the stock moved 0.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.3 pts more than its Industrial Manufacturing peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Texmaco Rail & Engineering has secured an order worth Rs. 73.12 crore from Central Railway for the design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 110 KV/25KV AC Traction Substation, SSP and associated works. The project involves modification to 132 KV transmission line using HTLS conductor to provide incoming supply. The order is to be executed over 24 months. It is a domestic order with no related party interest, and was communicated to the exchanges on 5th August 2025.
This is a positive development as it strengthens Texmaco's order book with a government (Indian Railways) client, providing revenue visibility over two years. However, at Rs. 73.12 crore, the order size is modest and unlikely to materially move the stock on its own.
