On the reaction day the stock moved 0.4 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.9 pts more than its Industrial Manufacturing peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Texmaco Rail's joint venture Touax Texmaco Railcar Leasing has awarded a Rs 132 crore domestic order for supply of a rake of BLSS wagons and BVCM wagons. Execution is planned in tranches by July 2026. The deal is a related party transaction done at arm's length, with Texmaco being one of the promoters of the awarding entity.
Positive: adds to order book and revenue visibility through 2026; related-party nature means benefits largely stay within the group.
