Thakkers Group appoints Ashok Surana as Secretarial Auditor for FY27-FY31

Thakkers Group has appointed Ashok Surana, Peer Reviewed Practicing Company Secretaries, as its Secretarial Auditor for five consecutive financial years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. Shareholders approved the appointment at the 58th AGM on 30 September 2026. Surana has experience in secretarial audit, corporate laws, SEBI regulations and listing compliances.
