On the reaction day the stock moved 0.4 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.8 pts less than its Hotels & Resorts peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The Byke Hospitality filed revised voting results for its 36th AGM held on September 26, 2026, after fixing a typographical error in the earlier SEBI PDF. Three resolutions were passed: adoption of FY26 audited financial statements (99.99 percent in favour), re-appointment of Mr. Pramod Kumar Patodia as Director retiring by rotation (99.97 percent in favour), and re-appointment of Mr. Anil Chothmal Patodia as Chairman and Managing Director via special resolution (99.97 percent in favour). About 21.4 million shares were polled, representing 40.93 percent of outstanding shares.
Routine procedural filing. All resolutions cleared with overwhelming shareholder support, no material impact on share price expected.
