Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
Newage Intermediaries LLP has acquired 19,15,000 equity shares (about 94.99%) of Shri Krishna Prasadam Limited through a preferential allotment carried out under a Resolution Plan approved by the NCLT, New Delhi on 14 July 2023. Before this acquisition, the LLP held no shares in the company; post-acquisition it holds nearly the entire paid-up equity capital. The company's equity share capital has jumped from about ₹10.10 lakh to ₹2.01 crore, reflecting the issuance of new shares to the acquirer. The acquirer is part of the promoter/promoter group of the target company. The actual allotment date was 17 June 2025, with the disclosure filed on 19 June 2025.
This is effectively a change of control event for Shri Krishna Prasadam — the new promoter entity now owns almost the entire company, which may bring in a new management and business direction. Existing minority shareholders should watch for any follow-up corporate actions (such as further issues, delisting plans, or changes in board composition) as the new promoter consolidates control.
