GE Shipping took delivery of 2015-built Very Large Gas Carrier Jag Vijay of about 84,048 cbm on January 16, 2026, as contracted in Q3 FY26. The vessel was financed entirely from internal accruals. The owned fleet now stands at 40 vessels (26 tankers, 14 dry bulk) totaling 3.22 mn dwt, with capacity utilization close to 100%. Additional secondhand buys and sales of dry bulk and tanker vessels are expected to close in Q4 FY26.
Fleet expansion from internal accruals shows balance sheet strength. Near 100% capacity utilization supports earnings. More vessel deals lined up for Q4 FY26.
