The Grob Tea Company Limited has scheduled its Annual General Meeting for 11th August 2026 at 2:00 PM via Video Conference at the registered office in Kolkata. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share (20% on face value of ₹10) for Financial Year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
