The Grob Tea Company Limited has announced two resignations: (1) Mr. Balkrishna Singhania resigned as Independent Director effective 13th May 2026 due to personal reasons and other commitments, also resigning from all Board Committees; (2) Statutory Auditors M/s GARV & Associates tendered their resignation effective 14th May 2026, citing that their audit fees were not commensurate with the time and effort required due to entity acquisitions by the company.
