On the reaction day the stock moved 0.1 pts less than Nifty 100 and 0.4 pts more than its Hotels & Resorts peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

IHCL has injected US$25 million, equal to ₹219.69 crore, as equity into its Netherlands-based wholly owned subsidiary IHOCO BV. The funds will support further investments in IHOCO subsidiaries, including debt repayment and operating needs. Ownership will remain 100%, with no change in control. For FY2025, IHOCO reported turnover of ₹3.84 crore, loss after tax of ₹28.06 crore and net worth of ₹3,057.14 crore.
This is internal funding, not a purchase of a new business. It supports overseas investments and debt repayment, with no change in ownership or control.
