Board approved Q1 FY27 results. Consolidated net profit rose to Rs. 1,237.98 lakhs from Rs. 1,020.80 lakhs YoY, though total income fell to Rs. 6,527.93 lakhs. EPS at Rs. 2.37 versus Rs. 1.75. The company withdrew its earlier proposal to transfer its AIF fund management business to wholly-owned subsidiary ITI Asset Management Ltd, as prior approvals lapsed. The 35th AGM is set for Sept 28, 2026. A separate scheme to amalgamate 4 wholly-owned subsidiaries into the parent is pending regulatory approval.
Profit growth is positive, but the dropped AIF business transfer removes a planned restructuring step. Pending amalgamation may simplify group structure.
